Gambaran manajemen waktu bagi dokter gigi wanita sebagai profesional dan ibu rumah tangga (The overview of female dentist’s time management as a professional and a housewife)

Abstract

Background: Time problem is an important issue that often experienced by female workers,especially in dentist profession and housewife. Undergoing the dual role requires female dentist to split proportionally between the time as professional workers and housewives. Purpose: In connection with the above, we would like to fnd an overview of female dentist’s time management inthe lead role as a professional and housewife. Method: The research’s type is descriptive observational and quantitative method using a sample of 50 female dentist working in West Jakarta’s health center (Puskesmas). The sampling technique is purposive sampling.Data were analyzed by using statistical analyzed data. Result: Based on the results of data analysis showed that the results overview of the perception of time is at a good point, or in other words, the female dentist can split proportionally between time as a professional and a housewife. Conclusion: Time problem can be minimized with priority management schedules and good time management. Some solutions to reduce the stress is spending time to take a break from the workload, relaxation withthe family, as well as a hobby.
