Guideline for Writing Manuscript

Please do refer to our detailed Author Guidelines and available templates at the sidebar in writing your manuscript. Any submissions that did not follow the guideline templates will be returned. The authors also have to fill the Transfer of Copyright Agreement Form and submit it along with the manuscript in the submission process. Each submission file, including manuscript file, must not exceed more than 1 MB in size or it will be automatically rejected and read as an error by the OJS system. Please compress it first to the appropriate size through any third compressor applications (e.g YouCompress, WeCompress).

All submissions will be processed thoroughly and reviewed independently by at least two peer-reviewers in double-blind nature (See Review Guidelines). The decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendations. If two or more reviewers consider a manuscript unsuitable for publication in this journal, a statement explaining the basis for the decision will be sent to the authors within three months of the submission date. Manuscripts sent back to the authors for revision should be returned to the editor without delay through the online submission interface. The revised manuscripts returned later than three months will be considered as new submissions.

Author Fees

JRDI will charge the following author fees, IDR 300.000 for general authors and IDR 200.000 for IKARGI members if your manuscript submission is accepted for publication. This charge is aimed to cover all publication costs. Additional fees may be charged if the editors decide that the submissions are in need of an English professional translation service.

The editors will directly contact the authors for the detailed terms of payment. All unpaid manuscripts will not be processed further for publication until the payment is confirmed. Authors must not pay and will not be billed anything before their manuscript is officially confirmed and notified to be accepted as the submission process is free of charge.
